Baltimore musician and kidney transplant recipient Patrick Kisicki put together Kevin's Concert, Vol. 1, to raise money for NKF-MD. He named the March 30 event for his brother Kevin, who donated a kidney to Patrick four years ago.

Six bands performed: Ellen Cherry, Woodswork, Hudson & Prout, Falltown, June Star and The Perfect Matches, featuring Patrick Kisicki on guitar. Melissa Goode, an announcer on WTMD Radio, was our exceptional host for the evening.

The concert, which Kisicki hopes to make an annual event, raised more than $700 for the foundation. Thanks to everyone who turned out, and congratulations to Patrick for a successful event!
