Restaurant Winners: Sante 2018
On March 15, 2018 the NKFMDDE brought back their beloved event Sante were our guests had the opportunity to try amazing food from local Baltimore chefs and vote on what they enjoyed most along with celebrity judges. The categories that our guests voted on were: Best Overall, People’s Choice, Most Creative Dish, and Best Dessert.
- Best Overall went to Copper Kitchen who served House-Made Porchetta grilled rapini, pistachio pesto garlic & chili jus.
- People’s Choice went to Cunningham’s who served Country fried chicken thighs with corn bread croutons and smokey cayenne honey butter.
- Most Creative Dish went to George Martins GrillFire who served Green Eggs and Ham- truffle egg yolks, bread and butter pickles, crispy prosciutto, lava salt, and Guinness reduction.
- Best Dessert went to Fresh Fork Kitchen who served Sous vide cheesecake with a Meringue mouse and marshmallow S’mores Panna Cotta.
